U.S. Bankruptcy Court Judge Dennis Montali approved a $13.5 billion agreement between PG&E and fire victims’ attorneys and an $11 billion agreement for carriers whose insureds’ properties were destroyed in the catastrophic wildfires of 2017 and 2018. Noma Law Firm is proud to represent insurance carriers affected by these fires.

Noma Law Firm welcomes legal assistant Alaina to the team. Alaina is an alumna of the University of California, Berkeley, and plans to earn her J.D. and pursue public interest law. Prior to joining Noma Law, Alaina worked in immigration law and as an academic guidance professional. Outside of the office, Alaina is an accomplished and talented dancer. We’re thrilled to have her join our team!

Sally Noma was invited to present to the National Association of Subrogation Professionals today as part of their Subro College educational system. The presentation, where she was joined by Ulises Castellon of Fire Cause Analysis, focused on product liability issues including the Internet of Things. Noma Law Firm is honored to support NASP and its mission of educating claims professionals.
