Christina Toroyan, California Subrogation Attorney – Securing Your Legal Victory in Recovery.

Christina Toroyan is experienced in managing and handling subrogation matters from investigation through trial, including coordinating experts, inspections, preparing discovery, and participating in depositions and court conferences.

Before joining the firm, Christina worked as in-house counsel for a large insurance company, where she successfully advocated for her clients on the state and federal level throughout California. While working as in-house counsel, Christina learned how to be an effective partner to claims leadership. She has proudly recovered multiple six-figure settlements for her clients and strives to provide the utmost in client satisfaction.   

Christina enjoys working closely with insurance representatives and defense counsel to negotiate settlements and obtain results. Her dedication to client service is reflected in her desire to bring creative and collaborative approaches to case resolution. To that end, Christina has second-chair jury experience along with extensive experience practicing alternatives to dispute resolution, namely negotiation, mediation, and arbitration.  

Christina obtained her B.A. in political science and journalism from California State University, Northridge, and obtained her J.D. from Southwestern University. She is based out of Los Angeles, CA. 

In her spare time, Christina enjoys spending time with her family, doing strength training workouts, and reading novels.
